Fees
I offer an initial 50-minute therapy session to prospective new clients for $160.
My full fee is $190 for a 50-minute session payable by etransfer prior to the start of session.
Please let me know if cost is a barrier for you, and we will try to find a rate that works.
Payment by etransfer is required prior to session.
I require 48-hours notice to cancel a session without charge. If less than 48 hours, full payment is required.

Policies
- I offer relational, client-centred psychotherapy for adults online in downtown Toronto.
- I practise under the supervision of faculty members of TIRP who are highly experienced therapists.
- Psychotherapy services provided are not covered by OHIP, but may be covered by certain insurance policies.
- I am available by appointment for therapy sessions of 50 minutes online in downtown Toronto. Between sessions, I can be reached by confidential email [email protected]. I will return messages within 2 working business days.
- If I need to cancel an appointment, I will give you as much notice as possible.
- If you need to cancel an appointment, please give me as much notice as possible. Please note that I charge the session fee if I receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, no exceptions, and this fee is due upon missed session.
- Complete confidentiality is guaranteed, with the following exceptions:
- If I believe that disclosure is essential to prevent physical harm to you or others;
- If I believe a minor is in need of protection from abuse or neglect;
- If my records are subpoenaed by court order;
- To contact a relative/decision maker if a client is injured, incapacitated or ill and thus unable to consent;
- To aid in the College's investigation into a regulated health provider; or
- In other cases such as collaboration with another healthcare provider, a written informed consent to disclose must be obtained from the client whereby the client controls the extent of information shared. Any collaboration should only be done if it is appropriate to do so and not counter-therapeutic.
